This approach of coaching takes a 360-degree view of how all areas of your life are interconnected, and how they affect your health and wellness as a whole.
With this approach I do not work on counting calories, nor do we create restrictions, or lists of “good” vs. “bad” foods and or activities. Better yet, we work together to create what is perfect for you as an individual in a fun, rewarding, life-sustaining way to create a joyful, healthy energetic life.
Whether you desire to achieve optimal healthy weight, better sleep, increase performance, reduce stress and or food cravings, when we work together you will develop a solid understanding of which foods provide you the best energy while reducing inflammation. These changes lead to achieving a joyful and healthy lifestyle.
I use my own life experiences and transformational coaching method to empower others to know they CAN achieve optimal health, peace, and a fabulous body without sacrificing other areas of life. To know and understand at a core level the importance of how and what we do, along with what we feed our bodies, will transform and allow us to be our healthiest not only physically, but also cognitively, spiritually and joyfully.
